Railyard Brewery Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Railyard Brewery Loyalty Program. By signing up and participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Program is open to individuals who are legal drinking age in their province or territory of residence.
1.2 Employees of Railyard Brewery and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3 Membership is free and no purchase is required to join.
2. Enrollment
2.1 Customers can enroll in the Program by signing up in person at Railyard Brewery or through any designated registration method, e.g., website.
2.2 By signing up, you agree to receive promotional emails, updates, and special offers related to the Program.
2.3 Each member is limited to one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be deactivated at Railyard Brewery’s discretion.
3. Earning and Redeeming Rewards
3.1 Members earn rewards based on qualifying purchases made at Railyard Brewery.
3.2 The specific earning rate, available rewards, and redemption options are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3.4 Rewards must be redeemed before their expiration date, if applicable.
4. Program Changes & Termination
4.1 Railyard Brewery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
4.2 If the Program is discontinued, any unused rewards may be forfeited without compensation.
4.3 Abuse of the Program, including fraud or misrepresentation, may result in immediate termination of membership and forfeiture of rewards.
5. Privacy
5.1 Personal information collected for the Program will be used in accordance with Railyard Brewery’s Privacy Policy.
5.2 Railyard Brewery will not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to administer the Program.
6. General Conditions
6.1 Railyard Brewery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or expired rewards.
6.2 Membership in the Program does not create any legal rights beyond these terms and conditions.
6.3 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Alberta, and any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
